Effective Use of Office Assistant

  • Presentation contains elements 
    not covered in the handout.

 

 

Basic Design Elements:
  • Use bulleted items rather than paragraphs
  • Six bulleted items per slide
  • Six words per bulleted item
  • No more than six slides of pure text
  • Text font and background are consistent
  • Text size at least 24 pt. 
  •  Good contrast between text & background
  • Images relate to content of information

Session Two

Today's Agenda

  1. Use the list below to review your own projects and make adjustments as needed. 

  2. Once you are satisfied, email your projects to the instructor,  print one project (six slides/page pure black & white) and submit it to the instructor along with your green "P" form and class evaluation.  You have one week from the last class date to submit your work.  All four projects must be submitted before "P" form is issued.

  3. Present one of your projects to the class.
