1. First, get yourself a copy of A Wind in the Door, by Madeleine L'Engle.  Find a nice comfortable place to enjoy your reading.  You'll not want to put it down until the mystery is solved!  Ah, yes!  There is a mystery.

  1. Take Notes on the Mitochondria, and compare the information represented in the story to the real scientific facts.
