The Task

Your Question:

How can we fashion a school culture that recognizes the inherent dignity and equal, inalienable rights of all members of our school population?

You will first become experts on the goals, structure and function of the United Nations as well as its position on human rights.  Then your class will form a similar organization with committees to set policies and norms of behavior that respect and benefit all members of your school population.  Your final plan will be presented to your School Site Council.
