- Present it to a funding agency for support in bringing it about.
- Create a vision of what life would be like if the need were met.
- Design a research project to learn what it takes to meet the need.
- Creatively invent a product or service to meet the real need.
- Determine costs of items needed to provide a solution
- Write a proposal to present to a funding agency.
